In France, the idea of “daily bread” is not taken lightly. A trip to the boulangerie for a fresh loaf is, for many people, still a daily ritual. Le Boudoir has continued with this French tradition here in Miami. Rather than selling many types of bread, we have chosen to focus on a few classic ones – the most popular of which are baguettes, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, chausson pommes, madeleines, palmier, sourdough breads and walnut breads – with a selection of variations. |
